The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $59,280 and $75,525 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee compliance programs; drive continuous improvement and best practices company-wide
- Monitor and escalate compliance items to management
- Lead safety equipment implementation on company vehicles to enhance safety on the road
- Serve as the company subject matter expert in terms of compliance, HAZMAT, and related state and Federal regulations
- Analyze vehicle safety data routinely to identify trends and provide feedback/guidance to the business; work with Operations leadership to enforce corrective action where needed
- Responsible for passenger vehicle registrations and tab renewals
- Update and maintain fixed asset and useful life cycle tracking schedules
- Function as the data management accuracy and gatekeeper maintaining consistency, uniformity, and accuracy of material data during and after material creation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly invoices for customers
- Respond to internal and external customers in a timely and effective manner
- Form collaborative relationships with Operations and the Accounting department
- Follow documented best practices
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and/or Training:
- Minimum 1 year experience, preferably across a regional setting. Experience managing and/or knowledge of vehicle and equipment compliance and regulations is required.
- Experience managing enterprise Compliance functions in the equipment rental industry or related industry.
- Knowledge of DOT, HAZMAT, & FMCSA regulations.
