Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and team leader for assigned projects from start to finish
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to attract new business opportunities
- Oversee multidisciplinary project teams consisting of architects, designers, engineers, and more
- Guide junior associates through all stages of the design process from planning to project closeout
- Maintain close communication with clients to understand needs, deliver exceptional service, and ensure projects meet objectives
- Leverage BIM, 3D modeling, and other design technologies to optimize workflows and enhance project delivery
- Share expertise through speaking at industry events and contributions to publications
- Continuously monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
- Identify opportunities to incorporate sustainable design best practices and innovative building solutions
