Summary : The Territory Manager will be responsible for the rental and sale of all new and used trench shoring, trench shielding equipment, street plates and pipe plugs throughout an assigned area. This individual will be motivated and committed to meeting customers’ needs, and growing market share.
Responsibilities :
- Managing and growing customer accounts within assigned territory.
- Works with customers and prospects to provide solutions to their equipment needs.
- Communicates customers’ needs for all sales or rental quotes with Vice President, negotiates, and closes on all sales and rental opportunities.
- Track and forecast proposals, manage market awareness, and document all levels of the sales process within the CRM software (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Meetings and Calls.)
- Ensure that equipment is delivered on a timely basis and meets all the conditions of the sale.
- Work with Vice President to swiftly respond to any customer service issues.
- Provides on-site expertise when requested by customers.
- Attending sales meetings and able communicate territory awareness.
