What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Luca Eats?
We are NOT OPEN NIGHTS! We HAVE FUN AT WORK! We are PROUD of what we do! Luca Eats in New Orleans. Hiring 2-4 baristas. Looking for one to eventually be a full-time, lead barista with more responsibilities. We are located at 7329 Cohn St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working and has a natural ability to engage with customers and co-workers...and you have to laugh. Some barista experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
