Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and other office software to prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions for future strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management is preferred.
