Lucarelli Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a strong focus on financial management, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee P&L performance, manage budgets, track costs, and forecast sales trends. Ensure accurate financial reporting and coordination with accounting for payroll and vendor payments.
- Ordering & Inventory Control: Manage food, beverage, and supply orders, maintain accurate inventory levels, and build strong vendor relationships to optimize cost savings.
- Staffing & Culture: Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development. Foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with HR and labor laws, and address any staffing conflicts constructively.
- Service & Operational Excellence: Ensure daily operations run smoothly with a focus on guest experience, cleanliness, and quality. Conduct training and maintain operational systems like POS and reservations.
- Marketing & Sales Growth: Develop and execute marketing plans to drive awareness and sales. Oversee digital marketing tools, seasonal campaigns, and internal promotions.
- Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with ownership on long-term goals and brand development. Lead regular management meetings and stay informed about industry trends. Provide guidance and feedback to the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, costs, and sales forecasts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
