Job Overview
As a Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the inventory and distribution of parts within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the parts department and ensuring efficient operations to meet the needs of customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the procurement of parts from suppliers
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock
- Develop and implement supply chain management strategies
- Collaborate with OEMs, dealerships, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Utilize systems to track inventory and orders
- Oversee equipment repair processes and maintenance schedules

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role within a car dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and vendor relations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Familiarity with OEM parts and dealership operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
