POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic financial leader adept at optimizing liquidity, ensuring operational efficiency, and positioning the company for successful financial transitions.
The CFO will focus on:
Ø Cash Management: Implementing robust systems to monitor and control cash flow, maximizing working capital, and ensuring the organization maintains the liquidity necessary to meet its obligations while funding growth initiatives.
Ø Strategic Planning: Developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals, including capital structure optimization, cost management, and resource allocation.
Ø Transaction Readiness: Preparing the company for significant transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or exits. This includes conducting due diligence, optimizing financial reporting, and enhancing enterprise value to attract investors or buyers.
Ø Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a key liaison with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and financial institutions, to foster trust and transparency during transitional periods.
Ø With a focus on value creation and financial stability, this CFO ensures the organization is not only financially healthy but also well-positioned for its next phase of growth or transformation.

Education & Experience:
Ø BA in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Ø At least 10 years of experience in multi-site financial leadership, M&A integration, and sell-side exit processes.
Ø Chemical/Building Construction industry experience preferred.
Prior relevant Private Equity experience required.
