Department: Physical Therapy Requirements Educational/Experience: Licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Iowa Participate in on-going educational programs to maintain competency in physical therapy procedures and to meet State re-licensing requirements Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification required within 6 months of employment Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
