RN Full Time – Med/Surg- Night Shift -Weekend Pkg.

Department: Med/Surg Days and Shifts: Works 5 out of 6 weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 PM – 6:30 AM) Works 36 hours per week, paid for 40 On-call one 12-hour shift every other week Description: Under limited supervision, plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in one unit on a particular shift, including functioning in Charge Nurse role Responsible for orientation, training, and management of personnel Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills.
