The ideal candidate will configure workflows, support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and provide technical guidance to enhance ServiceNow capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration & Configuration
- Manage, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform
- Administer user roles, access controls, and security settings
- Perform upgrades, patching, and system maintenance while ensuring minimal downtime
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow best practices to optimize system performance
- Workflow Automation & Development
- Design and configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts to automate processes
- Develop Service Catalog items, request forms, and approval workflows
- Manage integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and the Integration Hub
- Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and proactively address potential risks
- Document system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Train and support end-users in utilizing ServiceNow functionalities
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and releases, implementing improvements as needed
- Desired:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Two or more years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar ITSM role
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management
- Experience configuring forms, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, and Business Rules
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices in IT Service Management
- Preferred:
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Familiarity with SAML, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.)
- Work on cutting-edge ServiceNow projects in a dynamic mission-critical environment
- Collaborate with skilled professionals to enhance enterprise ITSM solutions
