General Summary
Forklift Operators perform a combination of product handling and lift truck operating duties to stack, transport, and store supplies and finished goods. This role executes the daily receiving, storing, and distribution of materials to maintain inventory and fulfill shipments. The job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.

- Perform various functions involved in shipping, receiving, and storing materials and products, keeping the Customer First focus in all aspects of warehouse functions.
- Performs duties safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment.

Steward of the Brand:
- Prevent damage to equipment or inventory due to mistakes or carelessness by operating machinery safely and cautiously.
- Openly communicate with the team, lead, supervisor, and manager if there are any damages to materials, equipment, or facility.
- Can work well and efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Operational Excellence Focus:
- Understand and perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping duties.
- Performs pre-operational check of equipment.
- Utilize forklift for more than 70% of a shift to complete duties
- Maneuver safely in/out of aisles and up/down racks with awareness of rack space and others.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned outside of specialty area.
- Experience with operating an Order Picker is required
Skills & Abilities Required:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency
- Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
- Comfortable and fluent with online software programs and interfaces, preferably NetSuite or Oracle.
- Comfortable and willing to embrace change and adapt strategies on the fly.
- Attention to detail, work within a team, and ability to follow directions.
Physical Requirements:
- Walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Driving forklift
