Scope Of Job
- Purpose and Impact: This role supports the operational and production goals of the company by providing data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance and efficiency.
- Key Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborates with purchasing, production, quality, retail, logistics, finance and others as projects are identified.
- KPIs: Inventory turnover, supplier lead time, system data accuracy, cost reduction initiatives, forecasting, and other assigned metrics.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Drive cycle count process within Supply Chain.
- Support procurement decisions by analyzing supplier performance and pricing trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Track and report key supply chain metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain operations.
- Assist in developing cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Work within ERP system to develop efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain software (e.g., ERP, Excel, Power BI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant to the experience
- Experience in supply chain analytics, procurement or logistics
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Standing and walking production floor for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up-to 30 pounds at times
- Must be able to hear, and listen, to effectively communicate
