The Visual Merchandising Lead will execute all in store merchandising displays to enable the front of house and sales team deliver exceptional experiences by always making sure the store is set up for success and visually appealing. In this role, you will ensure the store is merchandised to brand standards, product is organized, tagged, and all current product is represented on the floor.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Execute all visual directives by the deadline, submit photos, and adjust accordinglyTrain and develop store team to help support and maintain visual standardsCommunicate with store, product, and executive team as neededEnsure all current merchandise is represented on the sales floorAccurately receive and tag retail goods upon arrivalAttend monthly visual conference callsSupport any private or public in store eventsStay current with retail trends and competitors in the marketplaceUtilize an in-depth understanding of the consumer to merchandise and make substitutions when necessaryAnalyze sales data to understand performance of displays and adjust strategies accordinglyEnsure stock room inventory and visual elements are organized and easily accessibleAccurately receive and tag retail goods upon arrival, following with proper placement on both sales floor and stock roomAssist and support the sales team during peak business by getting product quickly and efficiently to the sales team to provide a seamless experienceProactively plans for visual supply needs within budget parametersRequired Skills / Abilities :

Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.A Minimum of 1 years visual merchandising experience required.Physical Requirements :
Must be able to move with purpose and maneuver around the sales floor, small stockrooms, and office areas.Must be able to climb stairs and climb a ladder frequentlyMust be able to squat and bendMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequentlyProlonged periods of working on your feet, lifting, bending, and using Visual Merchandising elements.May require early morning or late evening scheduled shifts
