24/25 Resource Specialist Education Teacher

Job Summary

The prime responsibility is to provide learning experiences for children identified with special needs in the resource specialist program setting and to commensurate with their needs and abilities.

Requirements / Qualifications

CA Mild / Mod Special Education Credential with highly qualified status authorizations (NCLB / HQT; EL Auth - ELA1, CLAD / BCLAD, SB 2042, or R242 or equivalent)

Candidates in the process of completing their credential program are encouraged to apply and indicate within their supporting documents when they anticipate program completion. This includes candidates enrolled in their university's internship program. Intern salary is $54,102

The Lucerne Elementary School District is a K-8 school district located in Lucerne, California, next to the beautiful shores of Clear Lake (Lake County). The district serves the educational needs of approximately 300 elementary and middle school students.
