We’re Hiring: Director of Operations – Landscaping
Location: Roseville, MI
Salary Range: $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonuses and competitive benefits

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of managers and field staff.
- Drive innovation by implementing new technologies, processes, and strategies.
- Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient equipment utilization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with company objectives.
