The Human Resource Manager Position
The Human Resource Manager oversees all HR functions for Lucia Landscaping, Lakeside Pro Services, and RenovaOne. This includes managing talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with governing entities. This position is a key leadership role that directly impacts company culture, employee satisfaction, and operational success.
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for implementing HR strategies, maintaining employee relations, enforcing company policies, and collaborating with leadership to drive organizational growth. Individuals in this role should understand the company’s goals, values, and vision to foster a strong and engaged workforce.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Human Resource Manager Position
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources and / or recruiting is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the service industry is preferred
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present information 1 : 1 or to a group
- Ability to engage employees and create a high-quality work environment
- General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with HR systems such as ADP and benefits administration is a plus
