Goal of This Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be a critical part of Lucid Bots’ growth strategy by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will build relationships and generate interest in our robotics solutions, setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

This role is essential for expanding Lucid Bots’ reach and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential customers, markets, and industries that align with Lucid Bots' solutions.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handoff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and lead information in Hubspot.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights from customer interactions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and attended meetings goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • High level of enthusiasm, initiative, and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working at a start-up preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.

Additional Notes

This role is flexible regarding location but requires consistent communication with the Charlotte-based team. The SDR will focus on building relationships with prospective customers, providing the foundation for successful sales outcomes.
