  • US Marketing works with clients across the Rx, Medical Device, OTC and Consumer Device categories to deliver compelling communications and promotional solutions to Healthcare Professionals for in-market assets.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Group Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional ready own the execution of our marketing strategy and plans, which will elevate our brand presence and take our client value proposition to market to drive inbound client demand.

The Group Marketing Manager will work closely with our media, creative and business development teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that attract new business through thought leadership, content creation and cut-through digital marketing that resonates deeply with our prime prospects in the mid-tier pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Additionally, this role will include some responsibility for internal communications, ensuring our team remains informed and engaged.

The Group Marketing Manager will

  • Lead the execution of content marketing plans that are highly relevant, compelling, and aligned with the needs of our target audiences across all client segments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to tailor our messaging and brand positioning for different client categories and service offerings.
  • Implement inbound marketing initiatives that attract, nurture and convert leads into clients through cohesive campaigns across owned, paid and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with our new business teams to convert consumers of marketing content into qualified leads.
  • Partner with client teams to curate high-quality content assets, including thought leadership articles, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, e-books, and videos that communicate our expertise and demonstrate our value.
  • Partner with our creative teams to produce engaging offline and digital visual assets, presentations, infographics, sales decks and video that complement written content and amplify our messaging.
  • Partner with the People team to develop and execute internal communication initiatives in line with our values and objectives.
  • Create, manage, and own social media marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Conduct market research and client surveys to continually refine our offerings and messaging based on direct feedback from our target audience.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform the development of content and campaigns.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on inbound marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
  • Experience in executing inbound marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and client awareness.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, paid media, and social media strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), CRM systems, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, able to collaborate effectively with creative teams to produce visually appealing content.
  • Data-driven approach with a solid understanding of performance metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field desired (Master's degree preferred).

During our interview process you will typically have a first stage Teams call with the manager for the role that focuses on your experience, getting to know each other and understanding what you are looking for with your next career move.

Our final stage includes an interview, either virtually or in-person, where you will meet with a couple more individuals from across our teams, plus complete a task ahead of meeting with the team that is related to the role you have applied for e.g. a case study, or a writing exercise.
