Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Perform repairs on various appliances using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure appliances are functioning optimally.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand appliance systems and components.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in customers' homes or businesses.
Experience
- Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles is preferred.
