Position: Director of Property Operations: Leasing Agent

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable property management company, managing a diverse portfolio of 100 units across various locations.

Job Title: Director of Property Operations: Leasing Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 100 units, including 64 units in Mentor, 2 units in Lakewood, and 36 units in Cuyahoga Falls and Akron.
• Collaborate with a property management company that handles mid-term rentals for a significant portion of the portfolio.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure efficient handling of work orders and property maintenance.
• Process lease renewals, applications, and resident portal setups.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely completion of property-related tasks.
• Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters to residents, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
• Provide regular reports to ownership, highlighting property performance and key metrics.
• Show vacant units to prospective tenants and assist in the leasing process.
• Contribute to building a strong and vibrant residential community.

Requirements:

• Proven leasing experience is required.
• Strong administrative and computer skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Ability to travel to properties located outside of Mentor as needed for showings.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation: Salary range of $38,000 to $43,000 annually, depending on experience.
