Customer Service Retail Sales Associate

Overview:

The Customer Service Retail Sales Associate is the first connection the customer makes to LUCID. You provide the LUCID Experience that reinforces our brand and furthers our reputation. You are here to connect to our customers, allow them to be seen, feel a connection and provide them with the best products available to them.

Job Description:

Probationary Period: 3 months

Performance Review: 3 months / quarterly / annually

Part Time: 2-3 days a week,

Employment Status: Part Time

Compensation: Hourly base rate, plus tips

Primary Area of Responsibility:

Customer Service / LUCID Experience

• Reception and ID Verification check
• Vendor Verification and Appointment check
• Product Recommendation Customer Support
• Cash / Transaction Management

Station Management

• Inventory Station Counts
• Inventory Station Restock

Display Support

• Fresh Flower Swaps
• Display Card Audits
• Display Flower Arrangement

Cleaning Support

• Store and Station Sanitation
• Store and Station Cleaning & stocking

Work Requirements:

• Must have or acquire Cannabis Agent Card.
• Willing to Learn & Grow
• Can lift 10 lbs over head
• Can stand and bend for more than 4 hours at a time

PT: Available Minimum 4 days, work minimum 2
