We are currently seeking an Exterior Designer who demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and can communicate through illustration and presentation imagery. They would have a clear understanding of the design process from sketch development through to final model and who is pro-active, able to interact with the various members of the design team to gain experience, develop design and leadership abilities.

Base Pay Range (Annual)
$85,000 - $116,820 USD

The Role
- Create conceptual design proposals with strong visual communication skills
- Develop Exterior vehicle designs and themes, develop components and details
- Clearly Communicate and present verbally design directions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams: engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, craftsmanship, suppliers to execute design intent into production
- Collaborate with Interior & CMF design team to develop future luxury experience concepts
- Actively search for advances and innovations for Lucid design language
- Field(s) of study: Transportation Design, Product Design, or related fields
- Good visual communication and presentation skills
- Experience with design concepts and production of models
- Forward, innovative thinking
- Understanding of premium and luxury space
- Clarity and calm approach within a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage tight deadlines and extraordinary challenges
- Professional, motivated and pro-active working attitude
- Good understanding of the design process from conceptual ideas to production development
- Ability to use in relevant software: 2D and 3D
