We are hiring a Compensation Analyst for our Sales and Service (GTM) organization. You'll be responsible for all the traditional analysis of a compensation professional in addition to partnering with the broader HR team to educate and administer Lucid's compensation programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with strategic decisions, and execution of critical deliverables, has strong attention to detail, and is driven by a desire to meet business needs through a consultative approach for a fast-growing organization. This position will report to our Head of Compensation while partnering directly with the Sales and Service leaders to deliver world-class results.
This is a hybrid opportunity out of either Casa Grande, AZ or Southfield, MI.
You Will :
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's reward programs (e.g., compensation, benefits, recognition) are competitive and aligned with industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze data and develop reports on reward usage, program costs, and effectiveness to support decision-making and program design.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reward programs to support the organization's strategic objectives and reward high performers.
- Provide guidance and support to HR partners, recruiters, internal departments, and hiring managers on rewards-related matters.
- Compile, analyze, review and audit reward data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to reward expenses, headcount, and turnover.
