We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with over 10 years of expertise in the MERN stack to join our dynamic team and drive the development of high-impact applications for the automotive sector.
You Will :
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in building and maintaining automotive-related web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Define and oversee technical strategy and architecture for scalable and robust web solutions in the automotive domain
- Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in coding and software development
- Architect and develop complex features and enhancements for our automotive platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
- Maintain and improve existing systems, addressing performance, reliability, and security issues
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects
- Continuously optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Act as a technical liaison with automotive clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks
