We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to coordinate and oversee PWT projects aimed at improving existing manufacturing processes. This role involves close collaboration with the manufacturing engineering team to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with operational goals.
The TPM will be responsible for defining project scope, managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and communicating project status to stakeholders. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to drive cross-functional coordination, and experience managing technical projects in a manufacturing environment.
Additionally, the TPM will support cost analysis and scrap reduction initiatives while ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, meeting both timeline and budget expectations. Experience with project tracking tools, data analysis, and KPI-driven decision-making is essential.

You Will
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress on milestones, resources, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure seamless coordination with manufacturing engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, define critical paths, and provide contingency plans.
- Lead and facilitate project kickoffs, scope definition, design reviews, acceptance testing, and weekly progress updates.
- Identify roadblocks early and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational improvements.
- Conduct post-mortem project evaluations and drive process improvements based on key learnings.
- Utilize Jira, Atlassian tools, and Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, and Gantt chart management.
- Support cost reduction initiatives, scrap reduction strategies, and operational workflow enhancements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven experience in delivering complex technical projects with strong project management capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Atlassian tools, and Smartsheet for project planning and tracking.
- Proficiency in Gantt charts, scheduling methodologies, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to manage project risks and execute contingency plans.
- Experience with KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making to improve project efficiency.
