The Ideal Candidate:
- 8 years of combined experience in human rights, ESG/sustainability, responsible sourcing, risk assessments, and auditing.
- Experience in supply chain human rights due diligence.
- Highly collaborative team player with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and make an impact quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with suppliers and supply chain team to develop and implement due diligence measures related to human rights and worker rights.
- Participate in social compliance audits and review audit reports.
- Manage drafting of external reporting related to human rights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in human rights, sustainability, supply chain, or public policy.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Salary Range:
$132,100—$193,710 USD per year.
