In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing due diligence measures to protect human rights and the environment across our supply chains. You'll engage with suppliers, stakeholders, and industry experts to identify and mitigate risks associated with human rights, worker rights, and environmental sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing and implementing due diligence measures to protect human rights and the environment.
- Partnering with industry groups and NGOs to enhance stakeholder engagement and cross-industry efforts.
- Managing social compliance audits and corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Requirements:**
- 8 years of combined experience in human rights, ESG/sustainability, responsible sourcing, risk assessments, and auditing.
- Experience in supply chain human rights due diligence.
- Collaborative team player with ability to influence stakeholders.
