We seek an experienced Equipment Supplier Training (EST) Sr. Program Manager to join our dynamic Manufacturing Learning and Development (L&D) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collaborating with stakeholders to scope, develop, deliver, and assess comprehensive training programs, from overall curriculums to individual courses, specifically for Operator and Maintenance training. This role will be based at our office in Southfield, Michigan.

We seek an experienced Equipment Supplier Training (EST) Sr. Program Manager to join our dynamic Manufacturing Learning and Development (L&D) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collaborating with stakeholders to scope, develop, deliver, and assess comprehensive training programs, from overall curriculums to individual courses, specifically for Operator and Maintenance training. This role will be based at our office in Southfield, Michigan.
You Will
- Modify and maintain the EST process.
- Engage with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and define learning needs.
- Develop and manage the plant maintenance training matrix.
- Create detailed project plans to map out training from RFQ to delivery.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to compare purchased services and in-house development costs.
- Work with plant SMEs and suppliers to finalize Course Descriptions, Objectives, and Outlines for Operator, Electrical, Mechanical, and Instructor guides.
- Use Lucid Motors LMS to create curriculums and courses to track supplier training.
- Provide recommendations for training and development opportunities based on observations and organizational needs.
- Measure learning effectiveness and develop solutions to address learning and performance gaps.
- Support L&D initiates as assigned.
- Automotive Manufacturing experience is highly recommended.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing-related role.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience in gathering training requirements to meet business needs.
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to strategize for long-term goals.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Willingness to travel to Lucid facilities and suppliers as required. Up to 10%.
