The Strategy Director will play a critical role in the creation and execution of Lucid's product strategy and roadmap. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate team player who is a highly capable strategic and analytical thinker, with a track record of working well with others and of taking extreme ownership of their work. Prior experience in Management Consulting is required. This role reports to the Vice President of Strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Work directly with VP of Strategy, Director of Pricing & Packaging, Chief Product Officer, and other senior leaders
- Build business cases for new product and feature opportunities, helping to craft strategy roadmaps for new areas of Lucid's development
- Lead analysis workstreams for important strategic choices, threats, and opportunities
- Help lead the execution of cross functional projects to solve Lucid's most challenging problems
