**This position is in New Riegel, OH. Relocation or commute is required**

$50,000 - $70,000 Yearly - Full compensation package evaluated at 180 day mark

Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM (Some evenings/weekends as needed)

About the Position

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with experience in sales and construction to drive residential and commercial fencing projects. You’ll handle inbound leads, generate new business, and manage client relationships, focusing on fencing and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound leads into successful projects
• Generate new leads and build lasting client relationships
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company goals
• Prepare and present project quotes to clients
• Oversee contracts, deposits, and final payments
• Maintain an organized sales calendar and CRM system
• Collaborate with the production team for seamless project execution
• Track sales performance, budgets, and job margins
• Submit bids for future commercial projects through buyboards
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and vendor relationships
• Manage and oversee(w/assistance from office staff) the ordering of job specific material

• $2 million in annual sales revenue
• Maintain 40% average margin on projects
• Bid $5 million in commercial work annually
• 35% close rate on proposals
• Positive client feedback and satisfaction
