Construction Laborer

About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
• Certification in OSHA safety training.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to perform various construction tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
