What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gutter Installer position at Lucke Seamless Gutter?
Overview
We are seeking to fill an entry level position with our growing seamless gutter and metal roofing company. What we are looking for:
- Experience in residential construction is a plus, but not required
- Desire and interest in learning the trade and growing with the company
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Not afraid of heights and able to confortably climb ladder/work on roof if needed
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, repairing, and installing gutters
- Working with sheet metal products and completing other roofing jobs
- Fabricating, assembling, and installing gutters where they’re needed
- Inspecting sites for damage and hazards
- Safely working at heights
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Having knowledge of materials and tools needed to complete jobs
- Taking accurate measurements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in all weather/seasons and heights
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
