Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Input orders into POS
- Confirm guests receive the proper order in a timely manner.
- Duties include, but are not limited to: Taking food orders in POS, cash handling, expediting orders, restocking, maintaining cleanliness throughout the entire kitchen, taking out trash, preparing drinks, pouring and serving alcohol.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
