Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfillment Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to ensure timely delivery. This is an essential role in our fulfillment process to maintain high standards of order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming orders via the system, ensuring correct items are selected for packing.
• Pack products securely and carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
• Label packages with the correct shipping information, including addresses and tracking numbers.
• Ensure orders are packed in compliance with company guidelines and quality standards.
• Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials and ensure proper weight and size specifications.
• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure products are easily accessible for packing.
• Perform routine quality control checks to ensure order accuracy, including verifying the correct items, quantities, and packaging.
• Ensure all orders are shipped out on time to meet delivery deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues or concerns.
• Assist with other warehouse or shipping tasks as needed to support fulfillment operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and packing procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages, up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 pounds].
• Comfortable using computer systems and packing software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, and bending for long periods.
• Lifting and carrying packages, up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 pounds].
• Repetitive hand motions for packing and labeling.
