Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Lead project teams, including field labor, subcontractors, and support staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong, long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
