Our games have experienced significant growth over the last year and we are looking for a passionate UA manager to continue propelling the rocket ship. This is a pivotal position with the ability to grow into a leadership role as the company expands. We are a lean team, and all employees have the opportunity to impact high level decision making. This position is 100% remote.
The ideal candidate will be competitive with an ownership mentality and a desire to help us define a category by further scaling our existing products and bringing our upcoming releases to market. This person will be data oriented and driven to make an impact and excel.
Responsibilities
- Manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across 10 UA platforms including Facebook, Google, ad networks, DSPs
- Develop creative insights & work with creative team in developing new ad concepts
- Regularly launch new creatives across all marketing channels
- Monitor, optimize and report performance on campaigns across active ad networks on an ongoing basis
- Develop testing strategies and experiment with new user acquisition initiatives, then analyze performance to identify the highest impact opportunities
- Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels
- Develop new insights and process improvements for internal user acquisition management, analysis, and reporting
- Identify new growth opportunities (new campaign types / products from new & existing partners)
- Copy testing
- Big picture : monitor ROAS & ensure we hit growth goals
