We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Member to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Supervise and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Assist in retail sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs.
- Maintain cash register operations, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Train new staff on customer interaction, and company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a focus on supervising or leading teams.
- Strong background in customer service with proven ability to enhance the customer experience.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory control and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
