Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business through door-to-door sales, networking with homeowners, pool construction companies, and other potential clients. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales to homeowners with pools, educating them on our services.
- Develop relationships with pool builders, realtors, and other industry professionals to generate leads.
- Follow up on leads and referrals, setting appointments and closing deals.
- Present and explain pool service plans, maintenance packages, and repair solutions.
- Attend networking events and engage in community outreach to expand our brand presence.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- Track sales progress and customer interactions using company CRM/software.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in door-to-door sales, home services, or the pool industry.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based pay.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-generate leads.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay with realistic earning potential of $52,000 - $104,000 per year.
- Uncapped commission – the harder you work, the more you earn!
