Warehouse Specialist
Lucky Goat Coffee is a specialty coffee production roaster based out of Tallahassee, Florida and making waves nationally. Since opening in 2010, Lucky Goat Coffee has continued to remain focused on the expansion of the brand through exceptional customer interactions and company specialization. On the journey towards greater specialization the Warehouse Specialist position has been created. This position is vital to the continued growth and specialization of our Wholesale department.
The Warehouse Specialist daily displays a detail focused mindset, has a strong emphasis on efficiency, and dedicated to contributing to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year experience within a warehouse or general laborer field.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be able to stand for long periods of time.
- A reliable self-starter who fills time productively.
- An exceptional communicator both written and verbal, for internal and external individuals.
- A dedicated and supportive team player, flexible, accommodating, doing what it takes to help others succeed.
- Thoughtful, compassionate understanding of others and willing to work with those with differing mindsets and expectations to achieve company goals.

Job Description
- Ensure the professional fulfillment of all customer service needs for Lucky Goat Coffee’s wholesale customers.
- Responsible for the receiving and dispatching of products to and from distribution warehouse.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to wholesale delivery schedule.
- Ensure daily, full coverage during defined operating hours to ensure all distribution needs are properly addressed.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment to optimize warehouse spacing.
- Perform inventory counts and keep quality standards for all products. Ensuring all products are free from damage.
- Work in conjunction with entire wholesale team to provide consistent, ongoing customer service to all wholesale customers.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
