We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support while helping to maintain the strong relationships we’ve built with our clients.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing exceptional in-person service and support.
- Assist clients in understanding AT&T's products and services, offering personalized solutions based on their specific needs.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues directly or escalating concerns to appropriate team members when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including sales inquiries and service-related transactions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and service teams to ensure that client needs are fully met and that their expectations are exceeded.
- Guide customers through the order process, handling service-related inquiries and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing information.
- Gather feedback from customers and report common trends or concerns to management to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
