SUMMARY:
Lucky in Love is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage and grow the company's social media presence, engage with audiences, and support the development of social media strategies that align with our brand’s voice. You will be responsible for scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying on top of social media trends. In addition, this role will oversee influencer partnerships and assist in coordinating photo shoots and events. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
- Managing our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok), taking charge of content distribution, reposts, replies, and surfing the latest trends to keep our followers engaged.
- Work with team to develop social media marketing plans and programs and help to execute them.
- Crafting creative captions to drive clever brand messaging that give our social media feed the personality and flair it deserves.
- Offer the best in industry customer support and experience. Maintaining online relations with customers - be the customer's hero by continuing to answer their questions about our brand or products daily, creating a sense of community. Asking for support on questions when needed.
- TikTok: Oversee strategy, content creation, and day-to-day management of our TikTok presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the platform, its culture, and trends, as well as a passion for creating fun, engaging, and viral content. This role involves working closely with our marketing and creative teams to grow our TikTok audience, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement through strategic and creative content

INFLUENCER/AMBASSADOR/AFFILIATE MARKETING:
- Oversee the influencer marketing strategy and develop marketing campaigns with brand ambassadors across all digital channels.
- Manage our ambassador affiliate marketing campaign and program. Report on sales-tracking generated from discount codes and keeping Bookkeeper in the loop to issue quarterly commission checks.
- Own the influencer chart of active participants, keeping it updated with personal information, packages sent, codes, and quarterly sales, and proudly sharing your progress during our monthly marketing meetings.
- Coordinating sending outfits and collecting User Generated Content (UGC)
- Host quarterly influencer meetings, a chance to connect and keep the energy buzzing.

PHOTOSHOOTS:
- Assisting in planning and coordinating monthly social media photoshoots, including securing permits and communicating with locations or athletes.
- Require hands-on support during shoots coordinating and facilitating outfits for the models.
- Assisting in organizing activities before, during, and after photoshoots, ensuring the entire process is seamless and fun for everyone involved.
