Parts Sourcing Specialist Compensation and Benefits

Parts Sourcing Specialist Qualifications
- Organizational skills and personnel skills are a must
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Required performing multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment.
- Intermediate PC Skills with spreadsheet knowledge.
- Able to pass adrug test and background check
Experience – experience in the automotive service industry
Please apply if you have worked with vehicle assembly, supply channels, sources for parts, teamwork, parts quality, negotiation and agreements, purchasing operations
Parts Spurcing Specialist Responsibilities
- Identify sources for parts that match the Tricolor product cost structure
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the Recon team and vendors
- Develop and oversee the process for monitoring incoming part quality
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements including price, quality, and performance.
- Proactively follow up on any parts late or not received
