Overview
At Lucky Lincoln Gaming, our Senior Operations Manager partners closely with our executive leadership team to monitor and recommend improvements within the operations department. This individual will use KPIs and metrics to streamline processes and will create sustainable, scalable consistencies and overall improvements to reduce time to service and ultimately, increase our quality of customer service.
Responsibilities
Technical knowledge :
- Subject matter expert to our field technicians and customers alike.
- Prioritize warehouse activities and track inventory.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and stay up to date on industry trends and innovations.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to implement and support rewards tablets and MDM software.
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn) Terminal Operations within the gaming sector preferred
