Lucky Lincoln Gaming is a licensed Video Gaming Terminal Operator in Illinois established in 2013 with over 240 locations at present. Our dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients and customers and our tenured expertise and experience have established our team as one of the top Terminal Operators in the state of Illinois!
Our team is hiring a Service and Project Technician to join the Operations Team to inspect, maintain, repair, and install our VGTs (video gaming terminals) in Highland, IL and in partner locations throughout Southern Illinois. In this role, you will troubleshoot, fix, and repair VGTs in and around Madison County, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, repair, and install Lucky Lincoln products (VGTs and redemption terminals).
- Operating company vehicle to transport company assets and equipment to licensed establishments and Lucky Lincoln's warehouse.
- Collect, fill and perform basic maintenance on redemption terminals.
- Various warehouse duties including shipping / receiving, inventory control, etc.
- Interact with establishment / venues along with patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide technical support on-site or via phone or other communication methods.
- Adhere to all company policies and documented procedures.
