Compensation Details
Salary Range- $19-$21 per hour
In addition to the hourly wage, we pay commissions on some products as well as tips from our loyal customers!
Full Time: 30-45 hours

Job description
We are looking to place an individual seasoned and accomplished in the retail side of cannabis. Our Dispensary Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4-5 individuals, in an upscale retail setting for a Lucky Lion dispensary. The right fit for this position will have industry experience paired with innovative ideas to increase sales and control expenses, while building rapport and generating buy-in from their team.

JOB DUTIES:
- Managing a team of 4-6 individuals. Dealing with call-ins and covering for other team members when necessary.
- Assist in finding new team members as needed.
- Overseeing and reconciling cash drops and deposits.
- Advising, overseeing, and coaching team members towards sales excellence with positivity, praise, and constructive feedback.
- Intaking, monitoring and adjusting inventory in METRC and our point of sale software as necessary.
- Educating employees and working to ensure full compliance to internal standards in conjunction with all necessary regulatory agencies (including but not limited to OLCC, BOLI, OHA, OSHA etc.).
- Following repeatable routines to ensure sustained growth of the store, knowledge of employees and growth in sales.
- Maintaining an extremely clean and organized sales floor and back office. Coordinate repairs and maintenance to store as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two years’ experience in cannabis at the retail level with high levels of success.
- Ability to assess and recommend action plans for team members.
- Ability to work towards common goals to grow business cross-functionally with a diverse team.
- OLCC Handler's Card or willingness to obtain OLCC Handler's Card
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with the G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive etc.) a plus.
Math Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking and working on a computer and ability to use in store machinery.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 45 per week
