Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Events Coordinator to bring our dealership to life through fun, memorable, and high-energy events. From bike nights and grand openings to seasonal celebrations and community rides, you’ll be the creative engine behind the scenes—coordinating every detail and making sure each event runs as smoothly as a well-tuned V-Twin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute Dealership Events: Organize in-store and off-site events that drive traffic, foster community engagement, and enhance the Harley-Davidson brand experience.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work with local food trucks, bands, nonprofits, and promotional partners to build out event experiences that keep people coming back.
- Logistics Management: Handle event setup, breakdown, scheduling, and staff coordination. You’ll make sure everyone knows where to be and what to do.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Manager to promote events through email, social media, in-store signage, and more.
- Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face and go-to contact for event attendees, ensuring every guest feels welcome and included.
- Budget Tracking: Stay on top of event budgets and help ensure all events deliver a great return on investment.
- Community Involvement: Develop relationships with local organizations, charities, and riding groups to create meaningful partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Previous event planning or coordination experience (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Available to work weekends and some evenings as event scheduling requires
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for motorcycles, the Harley-Davidson lifestyle, and community-building a big plus!
