Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing your sales pipeline, and providing exceptional service to our customers in a dealership environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage communication with customers effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
• Conduct customer calls to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate inventory knowledge and ensure product availability for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Skills

• Experience in dealership settings is preferred.
• Strong sales skills, with a proven track record in outbound sales or retail sales.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in public speaking, capable of presenting information clearly and confidently.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
• Motorcycle endorsement or willingness to obtain one preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
