Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team. Whether you're helping a rider find the perfect upgrade or supporting the service department behind the scenes, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers rolling and their bikes in top shape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with parts inquiries and purchases
- Look up parts using electronic catalog systems and provide accurate quotes
- Maintain organized, well-stocked shelves and workspaces
- Process orders, returns, and special requests quickly and accurately
- Support service technicians with timely parts pulls and job staging
- Help with merchandising, inventory management, and parts promotions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Harley-Davidson parts and accessories
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership and/or Harley-Davidson experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and computer skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Must be available to work weekends
- Passion for motorcycles and enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
