RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
The Dough Team Member is responsible for mixing, preparing, and handling dough according to precise recipes while maintaining a fresh inventory based on daily production needs. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality baked goods and pizzas.
Additionally, this position supports general bakery and kitchen operations, including:
- Preparing and baking pizzas
- Ensuring a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen, prep areas, and dining spaces
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting with dishwashing and general restaurant or bakery upkeep
Job Duties
- Mix and prepare dough following established recipes and procedures
- Monitor and maintain appropriate dough inventory levels based on daily needs
- Operate and clean dough preparation equipment and workstations
- Perform repetitive movements, including dough kneading, rolling, and shaping, with consistency and efficiency
- Assist in baking, food preparation, and general kitchen duties when dough preparation is complete
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in bakery, dough preparation, or food service is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in dough preparation
- Comfortable lifting up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to adapt to changing job duties as needed

Requirements:REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 3 years experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen.
- Elevated knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and culinary terminology.
- Comfortability with kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods, lift heavy pots and pans, and maneuver in a crowded kitchen.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification (optional but preferred).
- Current State Food Handler Card.
